It has been hand dyed geode style. It has been hand tied and dyed with non toxic and washfast procion dyes

Please note, this does pill a bit in the first several washes. In my experience, that does stop and the pills wear away. 

Simply machine wash on warm with like colors, tumble dry. The use of dryer balls or plant based fabric softener will keep your blanket extra cuddly soft.
